• Sahakar Deogiri Foundation (SDF) is a social organization registered as a section 8 company with ROC.
• 'Professional setup with Social motive' is the basic reason for registering organization under company's act rather than cooperative or society Act
• Dr. Rajendra Joshi, Anant Antarkar and Amit Jathar were the core team who takes this initiative.
• Dr. Rajendra Joshi, is Educationist by profession, had 22 years of experience to run tuition classes successfully at Mumbai and possessing Ph.D. for astrology.
• Mr. Anant Antarkar, another director is an automobile engineer and owner of service station at Mumbai which providing quality and consistant services to people for last 18 years.
• Directors of SDF sparing their quality time only with the aim to fulfill their social obligations towards society.
• Along with the Volunteers in 10 districts of Maharashtra SDF is having a dedicated staff to accomplished the task and also the advisory body of well-known personalities from different sectors of society.
• Education, Environment, Health, Livelihood mission and Cultural activities are the key areas of SDF.
• SDF is registered with NITI AYOG , Central Government of India and Unique Reg Number is MH/2021/0278333, We have acquired 12A and 80G certificate. Have also applied for CSR1 certificate (elegible from 20th Jan 2023 onwards) .
• SDF believed in cause base work and prefer to fulfill the task using gap management technics. To cover entire canvas of beneficiary we work on model of 'SAHAKAR' ie cooperative , hence we had tie-up with few NGOs and likeminded entities as a co-organisers.
